Rosenhill HVB

Rosenhill is a residential care home for young people aged 15-20 with neuropsychiatric diagnoses and psychological and social issues. Rosenhill has six places and accommodates both girls and boys. During the day, a unit manager, treatment team leader, two therapists, and eight treatment assistants work on a three-week schedule. Rosenhill is located in Norby in a larger villa with good transportation links. A full-time position, according to the agreement, involves working 34 hours and 20 minutes per week. The schedule allows for participation in daytime conferences to some extent. Overlaps in the schedule are planned with daytime staff during evenings and mornings.

Job Description

Rosenhill HVB is seeking a position as a awake night worker. During the night, some practical tasks will be performed such as light cleaning, restocking supplies, and preparing for the next workday with various documents. Primarily, you will be there as a source of security and support for the young people living at Rosenhill.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with training as a treatment assistant, social pedagogue, or similar, with at least two years of post-secondary education. You need to have prior experience working with young people within the target group. As a person, you are secure in yourself and have good self-awareness. You can distinguish between the professional and the personal and adapt your approach according to the situation. You take responsibility for your tasks, structure your work, and drive processes forward independently. You are calm, stable, and maintain control even in stressful or emotionally demanding situations. You have the ability to see things from a realistic perspective and focus on what is important. Furthermore, you can empathize with someone else's situation and perspective without taking over their emotions.
